Pat and Marissa's Wedding: Part II

Read Part I of Pat and Marissa's Wedding here

The rehearsal dinner on Friday night was at the Cliffs at Glassy clubhouse, and it was absolutely amazing. More picture perfect views, great food, a hilarious groom's cake, and a speech by the groom's mom that made me cry like a baby. {Excuse the Instagram photos - silly me forgot my big fancy camera}
The girls! Jillian, me and Aubrey...love them! {pic stolen from Jillian}

Love this guy! {stolen from Jillian}

The beautiful dinner with a delicious Italian spread of food!

Back story on this fabulous cake: During January (Interim), Wofford College offers fun, short classes (or most people usually study abroad,) and their sophomore year, the boys decided to do a class on Professional Wrestling. They learned the ins and out of wrestling, were coached by a real wrestler, and actually became "certified professional wrestlers." (whatever that entails, haha) Anyway, at the end of Interim, they had a big wrestling match and Pat (the groom/purple speedo) and Kyle (white speedo) were 600 Lbs of Sexy, and Matt (on the ground) and Clark (overalls) were called the Hills of Deliverance. It was one of the most hilarious moments of my life, and I'm SO glad Marissa captured that memory in the awesome cake! The boys were so impressed!

The boys stole borrowed pumpkins from the Rehearsal Dinner and brought them back to the house. Why? Who knows. Boys will be boys.
Balancing the pumpkins on their heads (???)
Our good ol' Southern boy, Clark, fixed us up a nice bonfire, and we all had the best time sitting around it!

Aftermath of the bonfire the next morning. Empty beer cans and the smashed pumpkins the boys decided to throw off the balcony. Don't worry Marissa - they cleaned it all up!

Did the hungover boys wake up for their early shaving appointment?? Part III coming soon!
